Which ticket

The 2.5 hour ticket is the better deal

The longer ticket costs $10 more for a full extra hour, so every minute gets cheaper. A Saturday on the long ticket works out to the same price per minute as a weekday on the short one. Your clock runs from check in, including time spent waiting for a free room, so the extra hour pays off most on busy nights.

56 challenge rooms in 23 themes

Teams of two to six walk into a themed room, tap in, and have one to four minutes to beat it. Some are physical, like walking a pirate's plank, some are puzzles, and some are both, like a giant pinball game. These are the 23 room themes at Disney Springs, and each theme holds one or more rooms.

Your visit

How a Level99 visit works

  1. Book a time on Level99.com

Buy a 1.5 or 2.5 hour ticket for a set start time. Booking holds your spot, and walk ins only get in when there is room.

  2. Set up every player ahead

Create a Level99 account for each player before you arrive, and have a parent or guardian sign the waiver for anyone under 18. Doing it at home keeps check in quick.

  3. Check in and get your Veloband

At the desk you each get a Veloband wristband. Tap it at the screen outside a room to start that game and to bank your score.

  4. Play as many rooms as you can

Rooms last one to four minutes each. Your clock keeps running while you wait for a room, so if a line forms, move on to an open room and come back.

  5. Pause for food, then finish

You can pause your time for up to 30 minutes to eat or use the restroom. You cannot leave and come back another day.

Stuck on a room? Tap the lightbulb on the screen for a hint before you start, or ask a staff member, who will often walk you through it.

Who it suits

Kids, teens and accessibility

Disney lists Level99 for teens and adults, and Level99 suggests ages 11 and up. Kids 10 and under must play alongside a paying adult, and kids 11 to 15 need an adult somewhere in the venue. Every player under 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign the waiver before the visit. Nearly every room needs at least two players, so a family of four with kids 11 and up gets the most out of it. It is not a stroller or nap stop.

Many rooms ask you to climb, crouch, balance or move fast, and only some are fully wheelchair friendly. Ask at check in for the accessibility guide, which marks the rooms that work for your group.

The bar

Food and drinks at Level99

The two story bar pours cocktails, local beers on tap and zero proof drinks. The kitchen is known for Detroit style pizza, with a pepperoni pie called the Roni Roni Roni, a wagyu House Burger and a loaded elote guacamole. Order food at the first floor kitchen window or the bar, and grab drinks from the bar carts upstairs.

You do not need a game ticket to eat or drink when the venue has room. For a sit down meal nearby, our ranked guide to every Disney Springs restaurant sorts the West Side options.

Getting there

Where Level99 is and where to park

Level99 fills the old NBA Experience building on the West Side, which stands on the former DisneyQuest site, next to the Cirque du Soleil Drawn to Life theater and near House of Blues. It covers 46,800 square feet across two floors, and its 63 games are the most at any Level99.

Parking at Disney Springs is free, and the Orange Garage is the closest to the West Side. Disney asks guests who park to arrive at least 60 minutes before any reservation, which leaves time to park and walk over before your start time. Make a day of it

Pair it with a park day

Level99 is open until 11pm or later every night, so it fits after a park closes. Check tonight's park hours, pick a quieter day on the Magic Kingdom crowd calendar, and see the best days to visit in November.
