District 3 PUBLIC COMMENT: The public may comment on matters not appearing on the agenda, but LuisAndres Perez within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Planning Commission. Those wishing to speak on a Commissioner regular business or a public hearing item on the agenda may do so when the Chairperson calls District 4 that specific item. Public comments are limited to three minutes per speaker, unless a different time limit is announced. The total amount of time allocated for public comments on non-agenda Amelia Castro items shall be limited to ten minutes. The City uses speaker cards that must be submitted to the Commissioner Planning Commission Secretary in order to address the Planning Commission. Speakers shall District 6 refrain from profane language and other disruptive remarks or behavior which disrupts or disturbs the meeting, or risk being removed (AMC 1.12.017). Any action taken by the Planning Commission regarding Public Convenience or Necessity Determinations will be final 22 calendar days after Planning Commission action unless a timely appeal is filed during that time. Approve RCES design, support, and construction services fees totaling $950,000 to support the North Service Area Chilled Water Main Replacement Project and authorize the District Administrator to execute Contract #C007055 with Garney Companies, Inc. for design build construction services with a maximum financial obligation not-to-exceed $20,086,000

Approve Developer Agreement for construction of utility infrastructure to service the North Service Area expansion and authorize the District Administrator to execute the Agreement. All construction contracts that support the Developer Agreement will come before the Board for subsequent approval

Approve award of Contract #C007067 to Wilco Electrical, LLC for construction services in support of Victory Way Substation – Phase 2A project; and authorize the District Administrator to execute the contract in the amount of $886,000, plus 10% contingency for a total amount of $974,600
