The best time to visit Dollywood
Go on a weekday when Sevier County schools are in session and no holiday lands. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday run quietest. The best stretches are early November and early December under the Christmas lights, mid April to early May, and mid August to early September. Avoid Christmas week, Thanksgiving weekend, the Fourth of July and October Saturdays.
