How to book a Minnie Van in four taps
Open Lyft on property
Open the Lyft app while you are inside Walt Disney World. Minnie Van only shows up when your pickup is at an eligible spot.

No Minnie Van showing? The app only offers one when a van is free near you. A standard Lyft or a free Disney bus is the backup.

Magic Kingdom mornings
The entrance drop-off skips the lagoon crossing that a regular rideshare has to make. For rope drop that can be the difference.
Skip it for
Monorail hotels going to Magic Kingdom or EPCOT, and Skyliner hotels going to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios. The free ride is faster and runs every few minutes.

A standard Minnie Van carries up to 6 guests. The Access. Minnie Van seats 5 plus 2 spaces for mobility devices, up to 7 guests in all, and anyone can book it whether or not they need the accessibility features.
Do Minnie Vans have car seats?
Yes. Every standard Minnie Van carries 2 child safety seats, and the driver can install them for you. The Access. Minnie Van also carries 2 complimentary car seats.
Can I take a Minnie Van to the airport?
Yes, if you are staying at a Disney Deluxe Resort, a Deluxe Villa Resort or on Club Level. Book by calling (407) 828-3500 from 60 days out up to 2 days before your trip. Club Level guests can also book through Disney Signature Services at (407) 939-7777. Value and Moderate Resort guests cannot book the airport run.
What hours do Minnie Vans run?
Disney says the hours can vary and points guests to the Lyft app, which shows whether a Minnie Van is available right now. If none appears, a standard Lyft or a Disney bus is the fallback.
Can a Minnie Van pick me up at a park?
Yes. Minnie Vans drop off and pick up at the theme parks, Disney Springs and the eligible hotels, and at Magic Kingdom they use their own drop-off near the entrance rather than the Transportation and Ticket Center where ordinary taxis and rideshares stop.
