Mickey's Mix Magic is back at Disneyland for 12 nights

The 2019 projection and fireworks show returns to Disneyland Park Sunday, November 1 through Thursday, November 12, 2026, filling the gap between Halloween Time and the holidays. Fireworks join on select nights only, most likely the weekends, and the holiday fireworks take over on November 13.

What Mickey's Mix Magic is

Mickey's Mix Magic first played Disneyland in 2019 as a high energy party for Mickey and Minnie. Remixed Disney songs drive projections, lasers and lights across Sleeping Beauty Castle and Main Street, U.S.A., and on fireworks nights the sky joins in. The whole show runs about 10 minutes.

It is a short, loud, upbeat show, closer to a dance party than a story. If you saw it in 2019, expect the same show. If you came for Halloween Screams, that one ended with Halloween Time on October 31.

Where to watch, and when to get there

  • Straight on is the whole point. The projections land on the castle and the Main Street buildings, so the Central Plaza and the upper half of Main Street give the full picture.
  • Weeknights are the easy nights. Without fireworks the crowd is lighter, and a spot 15 to 20 minutes ahead is usually plenty.
  • Weekend nights fill early. On the likely fireworks nights, settle in 30 to 45 minutes before the show.
  • Plan around "it's a small world". It is closed October 30 to November 12 for its holiday switch, so it is not part of your night this run.
