When do Haunted Mansion Holiday and "it's a small world" Holiday open?
Haunted Mansion Holiday opened on August 21, months before the rest of the season. "it's a small world" closes from October 30 to November 12 for its changeover and reopens as "it's a small world" Holiday on November 13, the same day the fireworks, parade and World of Color Season of Light return.
Lines that fade out have no end date from Disney yet. Holiday overlays usually come out in January after the season ends.
What holiday shows are at Disneyland in 2026?

Believe…In Holiday Magic
The holiday fireworks over Sleeping Beauty's Winter Castle, with snowfall on "it's a small world" Holiday, parts of Main Street, U.S.A. and along the Rivers of America. It runs weather permitting.
A Christmas Fantasy Parade
Reindeer, toy soldiers, dancing gingerbread cookies and Santa down Main Street, U.S.A. A Plaza Inn parade dining package comes with a parade viewing spot.
"it's a small world" Holiday lighting
The facade lights up for the holidays after dark, and the ride itself plays "Jingle Bells" and "Deck the Halls" alongside the classic song.
World of Color Season of Light
The holiday version of the Paradise Bay water show returns in 2026 with Beauty and the Beast and Inside Out scenes. It did not run in 2025. Disney lists a Season of Light dessert party, with details to come.

Disney Festival of Holidays runs the full season, November 13 to January 6, with 6 food marketplaces around the park. The Sip and Savor Pass holds 6 coupons you trade for food and drinks at the marketplaces. Disney has not posted the 2026 pass price yet. It was $49 in 2025, or $46 for Magic Key holders.
