Which Universal ticket you need

Admit one From $124.99

1 park per day

One park each day, in and out of that park as often as you like. The cheapest way in, and enough if you are doing one park or one park a day.

Park-to-park

Move between parks on the same day. You need it to ride the Hogwarts Express between Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade, which is the reason most Harry Potter fans buy it.

Admit one From $99 a day

Multi-day

The per day price drops the longer you stay. In 2026, standard park-to-park tickets of 3 days or more include Epic Universe every day, and the 3 day, 1 park per day ticket can use Epic on any of the days, one park a day. The 3 day park-to-park offer on the board is a separate deal with one Epic day.

Epic Universe is its own gate with its own price, $15 more than the other two parks on their cheapest dates. No Universal annual pass includes it. For lines once you are inside, see whether your day needs the Universal Express Pass, and check the height requirements before buying tickets for small kids.

Ways to pay less for Universal tickets

  • Take the 3 day special. $99 a day, $297 plus tax for one day at each of three parks, about $26 a day under a single day ticket at its lowest price.
  • Pick a quiet date. The same ticket costs more on holidays and peak weeks. Shift a day or two using the calendar above or the crowd calendars.
  • Check Florida resident offers. Florida residents get their own dated deals, including a 3 day, 3 park ticket, one day at each park, for $85 a day, $255 plus tax, for use by Dec 23, 2026.
  • Skip park-to-park if you skip the train. If the Hogwarts Express is not on your list, a 1 park per day ticket does the job.
  • Price Express last. Three Universal hotels include Unlimited Express at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, and on quiet days you may not need it at all. The Express Pass guide runs the numbers.

Universal ticket questions

How much is a ticket to Universal Studios Florida?

A 1 day, 1 park ticket to Universal Studios Florida starts at $124.99 plus tax, about $133.11 with Orange County's 6.5 percent sales tax. Universal prices tickets by date, so busy dates cost more than the starting price.

How much is a ticket to Epic Universe?

A 1 day Epic Universe ticket starts at $139.99 plus tax, about $149.09 with tax. It costs $15 more than a Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure ticket on its cheapest dates.

Are Universal Orlando ticket prices different every day?

Yes. Universal uses date based pricing, so the same ticket costs more on holidays, spring break and summer weekends than on a quiet weekday. The lowest prices are only on select dates, which is why every price on this page starts with from.

What is the cheapest way to do Universal Orlando?

For visitors outside Florida, the cheapest 3 day option is the 3 day special at $99 a day, $297 plus tax, which gives one day at each of three different parks. A 1 day ticket at the starting price is $124.99, so the special saves about $26 a day if you want three days anyway.

Do I need a park-to-park ticket for the Hogwarts Express?

Yes. The Hogwarts Express runs between Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, and riding it means entering the other park, so it needs a park-to-park ticket. A 1 park ticket cannot board it.

Do multi-day Universal tickets include Epic Universe?

In 2026 they do. Park-to-park tickets of 3 days or longer include Epic Universe on every day, and the 3 day, 1 park per day ticket can use Epic on any of the days, one park a day. The current 3 day park-to-park offer is built as 2 park-to-park days at Studios and Islands plus 1 day at Epic.

How much are Universal tickets for kids?

Kids tickets are for ages 3 to 9 and cost a little less than the adult ticket for the same date. Children under 3 get in free. Guests 10 and older pay the adult price.

Do Universal annual passes include Epic Universe?

No. No Universal Orlando annual pass includes Epic Universe admission. Passholders can buy Epic Universe day tickets separately.

Is tax included in Universal ticket prices?

No. Universal lists ticket prices plus tax. In Orange County the sales tax on admission is 6.5 percent, so a $124.99 ticket comes to about $133.11 at checkout.

Is Volcano Bay open?

Not right now. Universal's Volcano Bay water park is closed for maintenance and plans to reopen on or before April 1, 2027. Its 1 day ticket is listed from $80.99 plus tax for when it returns.
