The name on the paperwork

Why the license says Punch Bowl Social

Punch Bowl Social, the Denver based bowling, arcade and dining chain, bought Pinstripes Holdings out of Chapter 11 with lender Silverview Credit Partners. The bankruptcy court approved the sale on October 31, 2025, and the company said Pinstripes would keep running as a standalone brand. Orlando was not one of the seven open locations in that deal. It had already closed.

So the state filings carry the parent company's name, while everything aimed at guests still says Pinstripes. The Pinstripes website lists Orlando as Coming Soon, and the job listings say Pinstripes Orlando is reopening under new ownership. Nothing announced so far says the building will be renamed.

What was there

What Pinstripes Orlando was

When it opened in April 2024, Pinstripes Orlando had 16 bowling lanes, four bocce courts inside and out, two patios, private event rooms and a full service Italian American bistro with weekend brunch. It sits in Vineland Pointe off I-4 at the Daryl Carter Parkway exit (Exit 70), about two and a half miles from Disney Springs as the crow flies. It closed about 17 months later.

A new owner could change the menu, the hours or the layout, and nothing about the reopened venue has been published yet. When it is, this page will say so.
